We want you to feel confident ordering from Calm Organics. If something isn’t right, we make returns simple.

Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your original order and place a new one.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
